will be changed to TDK-Lambda Singapore Pte. Ltd.
TDK Corporation completed its acquisition of all issued shares in Densei-Lambda K.K (our Parent Company) at
the end of March 2008 with the purpose of restructuring the power supply business as the 4th largest core
business within the TDK Group. The change of the company name will accelerate our business integration and
contribute to the company’s growth.
Upon this occasion, we will all strive as one company to further the development of superior products and to
expand our sales. We appreciate your support and cooperation and look forward to continuing to serve as your
strong business partner.
